Cuevo Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use Cuevo and Cuevo Pro.
Last updated October 2, 2026
Agreement and licence
Your use of Cuevo is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these product-specific terms. Cuevo grants no rights beyond that standard licence.
Your content
You retain ownership of scripts, recordings and exports. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record people, locations, documents, music or other material and to publish the result.
Subscriptions and free trials
Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. An eligible free trial becomes a paid auto-renewing subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges your Apple Account. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store settings. Deleting Cuevo does not cancel a subscription.
Prompter and coaching output
Voice alignment, transcripts, captions and coaching metrics can contain errors. Review scripts and exports before relying on or publishing them. Eye-line and speaking metrics are practice feedback, not professional, medical or accessibility advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Cuevo unlawfully, to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, to bypass safety restrictions, or to interfere with the app, App Store or nearby devices.
Availability and changes
Features depend on device hardware, operating-system support, speech models and permissions. We may improve, change or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, but we design recording to preserve completed files when possible.
