For help using Ourpot, including anything that is not working, write to [email protected]. Telling us your device, your OS version, and what you were doing when it went wrong gets you a useful answer in one reply instead of three.

Privacy

For questions about your data, or to exercise a right described in our Privacy Policy, write to [email protected]. To delete your account, Settings → Delete account in the app is faster, and our Data Deletion page explains what it removes.

Security

To report a security problem, write to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it. We will acknowledge it, keep you informed, and we will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not exploit it.
