Delete your Purrdojo data

How to delete your cats, photos and progress from Purrdojo, your iCloud and our subscription provider.

Delete in the app

Purrdojo has no account, so there is nothing to close. To delete a cat and all of its plans, photos, logs and journal entries, open Profile, choose the cat, tap Edit profile and then Delete. To delete everything on a device, delete the app.

Delete your iCloud copy

If iCloud sync was on, deleting a cat in the app also removes it from your iCloud. To remove all Purrdojo data from iCloud, open Settings, tap your name, then iCloud, Manage Account Storage (or Manage Storage), choose Purrdojo and delete its data.

Subscription records

Our subscription provider holds your App Store purchase history under a random identifier. To have it deleted, email [email protected] with the subject "Purrdojo data deletion" and the Apple order ID from your purchase receipt, so we can find the record without knowing who you are.

What may be retained

Apple keeps its own purchase records under its policies. We may keep minimal subscription records where the law requires it, for no longer than that obligation lasts, and for no other purpose.

Response time

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
